Attention Business Owners and Job Seekers!
Mayor Crombie would like you to take part in the first annual Mayor’s Youth Employment Expo. The expo seeks to connect employers and businesses with talented individuals currently looking to fill full-time, part-time and seasonal positions, in addition to those seeking youth for paid internships, volunteer opportunities and co-op placements.
The goal of the expo is simple; create mutually beneficial connections between talented youth in search of employment and local businesses in need of talented youth.
Job seekers will have the opportunity to explore employment and volunteer openings, network with local employers and improve resume writing and interview skills. Bringing your resume is recommended.
Employers will also benefit from this expo because booth space is free and available on a first come, first served basis. Don’t miss out on this recruitment opportunity! By agreeing to have a presence at the event, you will have direct access to some of Peel Region’s brightest young minds.
When: Sunday, June 12th, 2016
Time: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Where: City of Mississauga, Civic Centre (Great Hall) – 300 City Centre Drive, Mississauga
