The Mississauga Business Enterprise Centre has launched the Government of Ontario’s Starter Company PLUS Program in Mississauga for people 18 years and older interested in starting, expanding or purchasing a business in Ontario. The program is the latest business program addition to the City of Mississauga’s Mississauga Business Enterprise Centre (MBEC).
The Starter Company PLUS program provides an opportunity to receive training and mentoring from business professionals on how to start, build or grow a business. In addition to training and mentoring, there is an opportunity for participants to receive a grant of up to $5,000.
MBEC has begun accepting applications for the Fall 2017 Intake. For more information and details on how to apply to Mississauga’s Starter Company PLUS program, please visit mississauga.ca/startercompanyplus.
For information about the Starter Company PLUS Program in areas outside of Mississauga, please refer to the Small Business Entrepreneur Centres and Community-Based Provider Locations’ list for Ontario to contact your local program provider.
MBEC is your central source for business information, resources and guidance. For information and guidance from business professionals, visit MBEC on the fourth floor of the Mississauga Central Library or online at mississauga.ca/mbec.
